STARTING JAN 29 !!

Our Women’s only class is built on the foundation that proper coaching and a supportive environment allow women to push their limits, and develop their own optimal fitness. No intimidation... just inspiration from their fellow female athletes.

The women's class welcomes all ages and skill levels. You will be challenged and motivated to reach your personal fitness goals. We will engage in multi-joint compound movements utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, along with calisthenics to improve skill related movement.

To allow the body to develop in a more efficient manner, we will instruct proper bio-mechanics and participate in a new workout every session! This will allow the body to work across different muscular regions, varied energy systems, and planes of movement. The classes are fun and will begin to push your limits, to allow you to grow both physically and mentally.

We want you to be successful in reaching your fitness goals, and improving your overall health and well being. We are here as a resource for you, alongside all the other like-minded individuals at Line of Departure Athlete striving to get stronger, fast, and better looking naked!

Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 7am

  • Thursdays: 7am

  • As demand grows, we’ll be adding classes. Let us know what works for you!

If it’s your first time training with us, please come a few minutes to get all of the paper stuff out of the way!

  • Unlimited Classes Monthly: $135/mo ($15 per class!)
