THE FOUNDATION - SMALL GROUP TRAINING
By far the most popular training we offer is our group training. Nothing will make you step up to the plate more than hammering away with other athletes in a grueling session. Our classes have a have a cyclic emphasis on developing strength/power, work capacity, and endurance. These training sessions are appropriate for anyone who walks through our doors, from triathletes to police officers to professional mom's. This is where we build the foundation of fitness to make you resilient to whatever life might throw at you. Drop-ins are welcome.

Foundation Small Group Training + 24/7 Open Gym Access - $189/MO
Want to do the Foundation Small Group Training plus some of your own work? You can do that too. Perfect option for those looking to improve Oly technical skill work or blast the bi's and tri's.
Important Note: The Foundation Small Group Training classes and personal training have priority on equipment at the scheduled times. 24/7 Open Gym is unsupervised by Line of Departure Coach's. Please be mindful of your fellow athletes, and clean up after yourself.
10 VISIT PUNCHCARD - $130/MO
For athletes that travel, have a high training volume outside the gym, or are unable to train more than twice a week, the punch card is the way to go. This pass gives the athlete 10 visits to the gym for coached 'Foundation' group training. These punches rollover from month to month so you'll have them until you use them.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
PRIVATE COACHING - $79 PER SESSION - $700 FOR 10 SESSIONS
Not down with the group training scene? Looking for very specific results? Want to build up your fitness before joining the crew? Then private coaching may be a good fit. During these sessions a coach will design an appropriate program to meet your needs / goals and coach you through them .
NEW ATHLETE ONBOARDING
$350 for five sessions. Credit applied forward if signing up for membership following the completion of the onboarding curriculum.
Onboarding will teach the fundamental movements of the Back Squat, Lunge, Step Up, Deadlift, Vertical Push & Pull, Horizontal Push & Pull, and how to safely initiate and land a jump. Each session consists of a focused curriculum on selected movements to develop confidence and competency.

Have a specific event you need to train up for? Our coaches will craft you a sport / goal specific training program based on your needs and deliver it in an easy to read digital format.
24/7 Open Gym Access

Athletes have different training and programming needs. If you're training for a particular endeavor and have your own programming, sign up for our 24 hour gym access plan. A keypad code key will be provided to you, which will be changed on the first of every month. You must come in person to get the key code to start the membership - All following codes will be emailed to you.
Note: All classes and all one on one training session take priority on space and equipment. Ensure you put equipment back into the proper place after you're done training.
