Line of Departure Athlete Nutrition Coaching will help you with a realistic and sustainable nutrition program to help you get the results you are looking for. From sport performance, weight loss, looking better naked to simply leading a healthier lifestyle overall, we've got you covered. 

Your meal plan will be adjusted based on the foods you like to eat, and maybe incorporating new foods into your diet as well. We do NOT believe in restricting foods/beverages that you enjoy, simply because this usually leads to a failed diet attempt - if we structure your nutrition plan based on things you really enjoy, how could we fail?!
